Ever felt unloved? Or pondered if ever there’s a thing called true and unconditional love?
You know exactly what I mean. Especially when you are at a party, everyone is having a good time, you are smiling and yet deep down, you feel so alone you just can’t wait to leave, go home and cry your eyes out.
You ask – why doesn’t anybody love me? Why can’t I find true love?
Or you might be the wife scorned and betrayed by a husband who’s left you with children and gone away with your best friend.
You might be that child who grew up or is growing up in a house where there’s constant fighting even abuse.
Love seems to be absent all around you.
You are not alone.
You might even be 6-foot-6 football or rugby player. Everyone seems petrified of your huge and strong frame. No one is able to come close…This worsens your pain because you are sharing a dark secret. You were abused as a little boy. Nobody
knows this. It’s killing you deep down.
You’ve asked this question all your life – why did this have to happen to me? There’s’ nothing like love out there I can almost hear you say.
You are not alone.
The list goes on and on and on.
There is no person on Earth who is not broken through one form or another. We all are AND we all NEED Love.
The love that never fails
The love that never judges or is
conditional
The love that sees through all
our shortcomings, our weaknesses and still says – “I love you with an everlasting love”
A love that no man can fathom
A love that never runs out of supply
A love that is DIVINE and Heavenly
This is God’s love (Agape)
It is ready and waiting for you to accept.
See whether you believe it or not, we were created to love and be loved in a very pure and spiritual way.
And God our creator and Father placed this “God-shaped” void in our hearts that NOTHING else can fill except His love and presence.
My brother, or sister, accept this Love freely given to us right now. Let go of the wounds of the past and step into a new life of love and peace and joy!
But how can I do that you may be asking?
It’s extremely simple and shockingly, without any costs. Well, not quite that free. The price you pay is your willingness to turn your back on the past and yearn to move forward.
So here is how you accept that Love – You know the greatest expression of love occurred when a man called Jesus Christ died on Calvary’s cross 2000 years ago so that you and I could be free.
Freedom from sin and bondage in any and every form
Freedom to excel in whatever we do
Freedom to live holy and pure lives that are pleasing to God our Father and creator
Jesus paid the price, the ultimate price, so that we could be free. He laid down his life as an expression of his love for us.
In [Revelation 3.20] …behold I stand at the door and knock Jesus is standing at the door of your heart and soul asking to be let in. [Open your heart to him and let him in to take away all the burdens, pains and grief.]
Jesus is waiting. Exchange your pains, hurts and burdens for his faithful promise of Love and freedom. [Matthew 11:30]
All you have to do is believe that Jesus died for your sins and that the blood he shed at Calvary’s cross has washed all your sin away and now you are free. Only believe!!
That’s it. Nothing more. Only believe!

Dear Heavenly Father
I confess I do not know you and because I cannot see you, or touch you, it is difficult for me to believe you are there.
Yet I am willing to trust you.
I confess I am a sinner and have done many things I know are wrong.
But I am asking you today to forgive me of all those sins and make me a new person.
Create within me a clean heart and fill me with your love.
I cast all my cares and burdens onto you and I chose to live for you.
I thank you for hearing my prayer and coming into my life.
I thank you for restoring me and making me whole again.
I thank you for the new life you have given me through Jesus Christ your only begotten Son and now my Lord and Saviour.
Amen.
